Rates, rules, and online booking for private events at ICB.
ICB facilities including the prayer hall, social hall and kitchen are available for use for private events that do not conflict with normal activities of the center. All events are subject to review by the President, Board of Directors, or a committee established by the Board to review such requests. The Board reserves the right to reject any request.
Facilities Reservation:
The procedure to reserve the facility is as follows:

Once you have filled the form, an automatic form submission email will be sent to the email address you have provided. Make sure to fill it correctly.
Contact us at facilities@icbwayland.org if you do not hear back from us within 7 days of submitting your form.
Members qualify for member rates after two consecutive years of paid membership, including the current fiscal year (Sept 1 – Aug 31). Total charges are the rental fee below plus a setup/staffing/cleaning charge.

Maximum event duration is five hours. Longer events are charged an additional $100/hour.

Setup, professional help, and cleaning charge, for 5 hours. Additional hours: $60–$120/hour depending on staff size. Paid one day before the event.
Example: A member's nikah and dinner for 160 people: $650 rental + $750 setup/staffing = $1,400 total.
Once you submit the form, ICB reviews the request and sends a confirmation email with a link to pay a 50% deposit, due within 2 days. The remaining 50% (and any staffing fee) is due one day before the event.
Cancel at least three weeks before your event for a full refund, or reschedule once at no cost. Full refunds apply for weather emergencies or facility issues beyond your control.
Events are limited to five hours and must conclude by 11 PM. All events must adhere to commonly accepted Islamic traditions. No shoes, food, or decorations in the prayer hall. No smoking, pets, or open flames.
