PM Parent Service:

Assalaamu Alaykum, Parents & Guardians,

The 2019-2020 school year has a required minimum of 4 hours of volunteer service for each child that is enrolled in the afternoon Sunday school program. Parents who are also teachers or teaching assistants are not required to sign up for extra volunteer duties.

Please note that some areas of service require more than the minimum hour requirements in order to minimize re-training new participants. For example: snack duty requires at least 5 shifts - which equals 10 service hours. However, fruit donations (find this under snack duty sign up) do not require minimums.

If you are signing up for snack duty, please remember to check in with the Snack Lead prior to your shift. You MUST find your own replacement if you are unable to work the shift you are signed up for.

Finally, it's your responsibility to log your volunteer hour using MSP by navigating to "Modules >> Volunteer Hours >> Add New Volunteer Entry".
